It's been my 3rd Mother's Day away from my own mother and it doesn't get any better really. You know how some kids have that "I can't wait to get away from my mother." thing? I never had it... maybe from my dad once in a while, but even that's dulled down after a being away from them... I guess it would be different if I had left under better circumstances than I did but life's just like that I guess. I'm really really hoping I can go back to the Philippines for Christmas this year... especially because there have been a lot of new additions to the family (in-laws and new nephews/nieces) and I'd like them to meet my husband (and know I am not with a serial killer or some other bad white-person stereotype they might believe). Husband is doing fine now. He's still taking meds for his issues, but it should only be a few more days then he can get off of them (the side effect is his liver gets ****ed so I want him off of it once it's clear).

On a lighter note, commissions are coming in fairly steady (thanks to everyone who helped..) and Bitbreakfast had it's 3rd session yesterday... the theme was video games. We didn't have as many people from the previous sessions and the log had issues but I think it still came out great (I'm sure Nairo touched it up a bit). So here:
